In-house services
With 409 collective appointments and Google reviews received, the team surpassed their national goal of 300! On very rare occasions, many people would work virtually which made the office more boring in my opinion. However, some people thrive when working virtually, so it depends on the type of person.
The corporate support office in Elmhurst, IL is pretty awesome I have to admit. Great atmosphere, great people, excellent centralized host for our employees to gather from accross the country. Listen, I am not the biggest fan of anything "Ra Ra" especially in my work life.

Additionally, the compensation structure across the entire company, but specifically at the corporate office, is severely behind the times. It is our understanding that, while you enjoyed certain aspects of working for New Home Star, you did not feel your experience overall was beneficial to you.
